As a user, I want to know that my buckets represent my real categories of
spending, like beer and holidays; and that my buckets have a balance, which
summarises both how I want to distribute my incomings and outgoings in the
future, and how I have actually distributed them in the past; so that I can have
buckets and pipes which express how I want to distribute, and have previously
distributed, my incomings and outgoings.
