Schist's desktop UI, in the historical data section of the Buckets view, should
include a daily/weekly/monthly/yearly net histogram.

## Notes

The UI designs currently only have a daily net histogram. However, this might be
quite inflexible. Consider adding a select to switch between daily, weekly,
monthly and yearly views - or add all of them.
