Schist must have a desktop interface for deleting transactions.

- [ ] Add checkboxes to transactions list
- [ ] Add delete button
- [ ] Delete button is only enabled when at least one transaction is selected
- [ ] Delete button leads to confirmation modal
- [ ] OK-ing the confirmation modal deletes the transactions, dismissing the
      modal does nothing
