Schist must have a desktop interface for viewing all drips and transactions in
and out of a given bucket alongside the history of pipes of the given bucket.

## Notes

This should be implemented, as specified in the UI designs, as a table in the
historical data section in the Buckets view. It should work for buckets, groups
and the All option.

There should be a date range selector to narrow down the relevant dates.
