As a user, I want to know that:

- My buckets represent my real categories of spending, like beer and holidays;
- My pipes represent how I want to distribute my incomings and outgoings across
  my buckets in the future;
- Each real transaction I have made in the past to be associated with at most
  one bucket, such that my transactions represent how I have distributed my
  incomings and outgoings in the past;
- Buckets have a balance, which summarises both how I want to distribute my
  incomings and outgoings in the future, and how I have actually distributed
  them in the past;

so that I can have buckets and pipes which express how I want to distribute, and
have previously distributed, my incomings and outgoings.
