Suppose the user, has buckets and pipes which express how they want to
distribute, and how they have previously distributed, their incomings and
outgoings, and suppose having such buckets and pipes to enables them to control
what they with their money. Then the user could not use their money
significantly better by having more control over what they do with their money.
